The other day on Famous Males  harry 64 had posted some screen caps of the wonderful Benny Gur in a well not so wonderful show ' Sadie J' . As usual I'd mistakenly got the impression that Benny who played Joe in the episode ' Crushamondo ' was going to be a recurring character . sadly after watching or should that be  endured a further 4 episodes at the last count , I can confirm that Joe is now where to be seen .

I'm looking forward to seeing more of Benny next month when he pops up on television  as Petronio in ' Borgia ' . Meanwhile Benny's distress is evident is the picture below as his manger pleads with him understandably to avoid guest starring in future episodes of the epic that is Sadie J .

Could G.O.B Play 'Ka-zar - Lord of the Hidden Jungle ?'

If like me you are still in a state of super heroine costume shock after seeing the unveiling of Adrianne Palicki's  'Wonder Woman' costume , then why not picture our own God of Beauty , Austin as Za-zar - Lord of the Hidden Jungle ! . I had never heard of 'Ka- Zar'  until today but thanks to the ever wonderful Shirtless Superhero's Blog and Arion who has a cool blog worth checking out , I now have .

Who could not want to see Austin as 'Ka Zar' running through a park forest in Vancouver glad only in a loin cloth , wrestling Tigers or giant rubber Alligators ala the great Johnny Weissmuller . Gasp , as Austin biceps flex's and his power pectorals glisten as he bring order to the hidden jungle .

Now surely for Austin this would be a more artistically fulfilling  role than featuring in 'Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure' , not that I've actually got anything against Sharpay . Her and her brother Ryan were amongst the many things I liked about the epic High School Musical trilogy .

I feel a screen test is needed for Austin as 'Ka-zar' , but who to film it ?

Yes bouncing into spring Its Gorgeous Gregg , clearly channelling his outer  Sir Micheal Caine circa Harry Palmer .Recently I watched a video of Dimples being interviewed , I have to confess to a chuckle , when Double G said he was 'Just one of the boys '  . I wonder did he mean to say 'One of the Lads' ala 'The Rock Cherub' . The thought of Gorgeous Gregg slipping into  'Palare' is of course highly , highly unlikely.

I have to say Matt the Model caught my eye the other day , Matt's a new signing for Select Models and was scouted in the following fashion . ''I was working at the Abercrombie and Fitch store and I was walking home thinking about buying the One Direction Book ' Forever Young '  when a guy stopped me for a chat '' . Oh all right I made up the bit about the One Direction Book . But I do like the fact the Matt was so unflustered about a guy coming up and asking him if he thought about doing a spot of modelling . But who knows it could be a regular occurrence for Matt and his rather spiffy ' short back and sides ' hair style .

Matt also spills in his  profile that his best feature are his pert 'lips' and that he loves to dream about sport ( oddly so do I mainly water polo or wrestling ) . Finally Model Matt reveals his favorite grooming product ( holy padded shoulders retro Dallas and Dynasty with a dash  of The Colby's thrown in vibe ) its none other than 'V05 Ultimate Hair Spray' .

Apparently when Walmart  debuted these stunning pictures of Alexander - God of Muscle to promote their new bathroom tiles and interior range , stores struggled to cope with demand . The campaign is part of Walmarts ' Give Your Home a Spring Makeover for Less ' promotion .

Yes , It's Tommy lead singer from Franko ! packed full of teenage angst ! , as he smoulders away at an innocent young maiden who has just wondered off the set from   'Lark Rise To Candleford' and into a church as you do , to hear the Tommy's dullest tones as he serenades said young maiden with a rather catchy cover of Ultravox's Vienna .

So catchy in fact you could imagine reality pop cherubs 'One Direction'  releasing it as their debut single . In between channelling his inner David Essex , Tommy has been popping up all over the place on TV first in 'The Cut' , where he played Gregg , who sadly didn't go  'mano et mano'  with the shows reformed  gay teen tearaway  Alex .

In something of a double blow , Tommy's shirt stayed on during his brief run on The Cut , but he did take part in a work out scene where his work out package   received rave reviews over at Famous Males . Tommy's next acting gig is on 'EastEnders' where he plays 'Seb' who according to the publicity blurb ' there's more to 'Seb' than meets the eye ". Yes when I read this I was momentarily intrigued , as it has become the 'de rigueur' for every Soap Opera/Comedy/Drama/Boy band around the world  to have an out gay teenager . Alas though it appears  Tommy's character Seb 'only has eyes for Mercy '.

Callan , You Could be Jimmy !

Yes channelling his inner Action Alex/ Arron Ashmore / Andrew Garfield , its Callan MuAuliffe .Callan,  fresh off 'I am Number Four ', I think would make a great Jimmy Olsen in Zack Snyder's forthcoming Superman movie , I could so see Henry Cavill's Superman entrusting  to Jimmy/Callan   his legendary Signal Watch .

Over on artists Stuart Sandfords Blog  , Stuart posted a great photo montage of Teen idol - Jay Ferguson, from Larry Clark's book 'A Perfect Childhood' . I remember buying the book from a particularly fine bookshop along Charing Cross Road 'Zwemmer Photography'. Now their are many Dreamboats today I would love to see recreating Jay's pose , Gorgeous  Gregg comes to mind . Here's a few more of Jay , when he was available on a bedroom wall near you .
