To Comic Con , where last weekend , I had what could be termed an upset , at last the moment had arrived . Not unfortunately a surprise announcement that Austin Bulter the official 'God of Beauty' had nabbed the part of Kurt's Boyfriend . No , during the 'Smallville' panel , a teaser for Season 10 was shown of Lois (played by the wonderful Erica Durance ) opening a box , in the kent loft , the box contained the super suit ! .

I know you would think this was a 'wow' moment for a fan like me , but curses it was the dreaded muscle compressing Lyra nightmare of a super suit concocted by Louise Mingenbach for 'Superman Returns' .Lois gazing at the suit , l believe muttered something like ' No way ' or' Good luck getting into that Clark '.

Back though to 'Glee' who also were at the Con , during the panel one questioner brought up the story line where Kurt who had a giant sized crush on Finn , ended up in the eyes of some viewers ' 'stalking' Finn . I was pleased to see that Chris Colfer and co creator Ryan Murphy saw it rather differently , that Kurt only wanted to be close the person who had shown him some attention and kindness , outside his group of friends . One of the shows strengths is that it will often show its characters behaving in the way opposite way you have led to expect they should . I actually found Kurt's continuing quest to be one with Finn , understandable and of course painful , as you knew in your heart of hearts that it wasn't going to happen for Kurt .

As we know the writers are planning to introduce a Boyfriend for Kurt with the duo becoming a'Power Couple' at Mckinley High , but this now appears to be delayed a tad with the writers going for a different storyline for Kurt , which actor Chris has described as 'provocative'.

Oh Eddie where for art thou ?, having survived 'Eragon' , which was ,well not that great but not all that bad . ( Of course getting Eddie shirtless most of the film would have helped as would a few shirtless scenes with Lil Nick himself - Christopher Egan ) Eddie did a spot of modeling ,swooned as a shirtless surfer for 'Echo Bay' . Brandished his mighty sword for 'Witchville' and now he's playing ' Ed' (no really ) in ' A Lonely Place to Die ' with Melissa George who I last saw in the rather good thriller 'Triangle' . Lets keep our fingers crossed for a good film this time around , I think Eddie deserves one .

I've never read an Archie comic , but a recent cover did catch my eye , as it reminded me of the Dazzling David Henrie at his recent birthday celebrations . Which will be remembered I'm sure for many things , particularly 'Double G's' ability to remain shirted while everyone else was shirtless . Back to Archie and the character with the abs and pecs on the cover is called Reggie, who you may like to know has a lot in common with Dazzling David , Hot Tubs , Babes to name but a few . Reggie does like to wear a speedo which sadly David does not . But hey two out of three isn't bad !

What of Lucas ' Macho Man ' Till ? cast as 'Havok' will Lucas show that real men can wear tight Yellow and Blue spandex and be okay with themselves . Or will Lucas follow the other X men films and slip into tight Black leather ? .

I have to stay despite the surprise that Josh Hutchson was not chosen as Beast , The casting of Giant Nick and Lucas have got my interest in going to see X Men First Class , along with the casting of James Mcavoy as Professor X , the film looks to be shaping up really well .

I'm assuming Giant Nick will be filming X Men first class , first before going down under to be body scanned for ' Mad Max ' . Wearing the leather pants of Max will be existentialist actor Tom Hardy , I do hope that Giant Nicks character 'Nux' will be better realised than the character Nicky played in the woe full 'Clash of the Titans' .

Btw , if costumer Sammy needs help with measuring Giant Nick's or Lucas's man up inside legs , then as George Michael himself sang ' I'm Your Man ! '

Is that what Marc Webb quietly said on the Sony casting couch to Spidey Garfield before the deal was sealed ? We shall never know what transpired on that fateful day . Spidey Logan - Power Pecs !

Yes , behold , the All Powerful Sony Casting Gods have spoken , and Andrew Garlfield has become Spidey Garfield ! Obviously my personal campaign of bombarding Sony with pictures like the one above , which I chose to illustrate what Logan would look like in the role , backfired. Did Tobey Mcquire ever have such a such set power pectoral muscles ? I asked director Marc Webb. Oddly the only reply I got was 'a cease and desist' .

Andrew , while he may not have the fan appeal of say 'Spidey- Logan' , is certainly very talented, having watched him in the rather bleak 'Kid A' , and even bleaker 'Red Riding' . I'll certainly be watching him in ' Never Let Me Go ' .

As a fan of both Spidey and Logan , I would have loved to see Logan in the role and it would have been dream casting indeed . Dream casting for fan girls and boys actually rarely happens in Hollywood , but when it does for example with the Twilight cast it equals instant fan identification which translates into franchise gold .

Of course being a superhero fan , I'll definitely see the new Spidey film , after all I even watched 'Batman and Robin' at the cineama in the West End and then got the DVD , oh dear that's made me think of the 'Bat Nipples' and 'The Bat Butt shots' , curse you Joel Schumacher !

Actually those suits do look rather sexy and how about that memorable line in 'Batman Forever' uttered by young Dick Greyson .

I was I admit a trifle confused when I read about 'Double G' attending the 37th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards, (I know Its not the Oscars but then what is ? ) . My bewilderment was cleared up when I saw that Gorgeous Gregg was on a 'promo- date' with Avalon Heights Co star Brittany Roberston .

But lets cut to the chase , and thank the maker for Just Jared jr who posted some fab picks of 'Double G' sans the self tightening 'T's' but in a rather lovely blue shirt with the top collar open

and shock ! is that a glimpse of a Calvin Klein waistband I spy ? . What a pity that Gorgeous Gregg didn't even more manfully shove his hands in his jean pockets and force all his shirt buttons to pop open! .
