How fine does Sterling look here in his corduroy pants from that comedy classic ' 17 Again '. Actually I particularly enjoyed the performance by Zack's hair in that movie and the part where Sterling said ' I'm all sweaty ' after wining the basket ball game .

What with Christopher Nolan's 'Superman' movie moving ahead and looking at the picture above , a thought just struck me ,wouldn't Sterling make a great Jimmy Olsen ?

Yes the return of The Rock Cherub continues to gather pace , on location in New York to shoot a new video . Rock Cherub George recently described as 'a charismatic rock'n'roller who likes nothing more than to whip fans into a frenzy at gigs by whipping his shirt off and throwing it into the mosh pit '.

George who had to be sewn into his trousers for the video shoot , revealed that he had wanted Harry Potters Rupert Grint to star in the the video . The scene in which Rupert who was to play The Rock Cherubs personnel hairdresser , accidentally catches his Harry Potter star Emma enjoying a chaste dip in a hot tub with front man George .

The scene was rumoured to have been dropped after Rupert thought the scene would have played better if he was the one in the hot tub and Emma walked in on him and George .

Jamie of course is one of the hot five actors rumoured for Spidey , but looking at the above 'beefcake' Jamie taken from ' The Eagle of the Ninth' , I'd say that lycra Spidey suit could be stretched to breaking point and then some .

To Heat Vision via Just Jared who believe they have the top five candidates for the Web Slinger and they are in no particular order ; Jamie Bell , Alden Ehrenreich, Josh Hutcherson, Andrew Garfield and last but by no means least Our Frank . Of course conspicuous by his absence is Spidey Logan who was in 'talks' but broke Marc Webb's casting couch and heart when the young actor admitted that he had more on screen chemistry in 'Hoot' with Cody Linley than with Emma Roberts who may yet be cast as Gwen Stacey .

I have to say that I have no idea who Our Frank was until today , when I found out he played a Lord in 'Harry Potter' ( I have an aversion to all things Potter , but overcame it recently thanks to Rupert Grint and his Cherrybomb) .

Andrew Garflied is a very interesting choice and he can certainly act , he's also the oldest of the candidates , so you would be going back to a more Tobey Spidey , which given that the story places Spidey back in high School could be a hard one to pull off . I haven't caught Alden in anything yet , Jamie Bell , well we know he'd look fab in the Spidey suit . Josh Hutchinson , mmm I can't really see it , but I do think he would be a rather good Flash Thompson if Lucas Till wasn't around . I never knew that until today Douglas Smith brother of swoon some Gregory , has a band called his ' his orchestra ' in which troubadour Douglas sings in 'attached' of 'loosing it to another man' . Coyly dreamy Douglas never reveals what he actually lost to another man , his heart? , his ipod ? . The music is really rather nice , I do like the keyboards , a bit of 'Death cab for Cutie' before they went a touch too dirgey for me .

You may like to know that Gregory himself takes photographs of the band including the one of Douglas jumping above . Even more thrilling is that Gregory attends the bands pop concerts , I can see it now , the lights , the crowd , the heat as Greg whips off his top * scream! * and jumps on stage ... or maybe not .

Logan wowed the fans at the Up fronts . Logan was thrilled that his inter species Love affair with Lisa the Lizard will continue , as 'V' was renewed .

This of course is great news on a number of fronts , one way or another Logan will go shirtless and two he may yet have to endure another probing by Anna - Supreme Leader of The Visitors on the mothership . Personally after what Logan's FBI mom Erica did to Anna's eggs ( she blew them up !) I would say Anna should give Logan a good probing if only even the score .

Oh Tom you super tease , At the CW Up fronts Tom looking even more handsome than ever was asked over and over by breathless reporters will he ever don the iconic Super Suit for Smallville's 10th and final season ? . Toms reply was a super shock ' I'm terrified of tights ' .

I know like me , fans of the show would love for Super Tom to do more than a shirt rip for the last scene , personally I think a super suited Tom would end the show on a high and be a sure fire ratings winner .

I fear my hopes of seeing Logan swinging through the skyscrapers in his Spidey Suit , shooting his web fluid could be fading . As Logan after riding his mighty horse in 'The 3 Musketeers' , is in 'talks' ( why can't the trades say ' on the casting couch ' ? ) to star in 'Perks of a Wallflower' based on the book by Stephen Chbosky , who will also be directing .

I have to say I've never heard of the book , but on hearing that The book details the painful times of adolescence, including drug use and sexuality, I wondered could this be Logan's 'Total Eclipse' or maybe his 'Basketball Diaries' ?. All though I have to say the sight of Leo kissing David Thewlis , can cause me to avert my eyes from the screen still to this very day .

Thank the maker it was never shot in 3D. Oddly the scene in 'Basketball Diaries' where Leo plays basket ball in the rain with Marky Mark has the opposite effect and its particulary worth watching in slow motion .

Back to Logan and for various reasons I do hope that this scene I came across gets filmed , where Charlie ( Logan ) huggs Patrick (Carter Jenkins or Gorgeous Gregg ) . Patrick btw , is having a secret relationship with Brad ( Logan Huffman , Austin Butler or Alex Pettyfer ) the quarterback of their football team.

As they hug Charlie ( Logan ) writes ...'' When I was just about to let go, he ( Dean ) held me a little tighter. And he moved his face to mine. And he kissed me. A real kiss. Then he pulled away real slow…So, he said ‘thanks’ and hugged me again. And moved in to kiss again. And I just let him. I don’t know why…We didn’t do anything other than kiss…”

Thrilling , I do hope the talks are productive and Logan signs on to play Charlie.

Style watchers will notice Dean's old skool Lacoste polo shirt and scuffed up trainers , Logan appears to have suffered a very minor wardrobe malfunction , with the apparent tightness of his shirt almost causing his buttons to pop open ! Could it be that Logan is already training for yet another remake of the 3 Musketeers . ?

Yes election fever which has had the United kingdom spellbound for weeks has now reached Dreamboats . But enough of that and lets find out just what a ' clearly ' exhausted Gorgeous Gregg has been up too since he left Vera's boudoir the other week .

Yes Gorgeous Gregg was not testing for the new 'Hobbit' movie gearing up in New Zealand , he is in fact starring in a Disney Movie entitled 'Avalon High' , the sure be ratings winner is about a student who moves to a new high school and finds out that her classmates are reincarnations of King Arthur and his Court! . Gregg plays the part of William Wagner who is the senior class president , valedictorian , gymnast , diver and star quarterback and of course is a ' all around good guy ' .

Yes its no wonder swinging Mary Jane is confused , It all seemed to easy when Logan was seemingly poised to slip into lycra . Then more names were caught in the studios tangled web, I could see Josh Hutcherson not so much as Spidey , but maybe Flash Thompson , who likes to give Puny Parker such a hard time of it . When Johnny Simmons name popped up , at first I couldn't see it , but I really liked him in 'Jenifer's Body' and certainly nailed the angst as the Adonis Aaron's Brother in 'The 'Greatest' . Personally I think Sony would be rather silly not to go with Logan as he pretty much is the prefect fit for the role .

Bang Bang its 'Les Amours Imaginaires'

Les Amours imaginaires (a.k.a Heartbeats) is about Francis (Xavier Dolan) and Mary (Monia Chokri), two friends who fall in love with the same person (Niels Schneider). The trio born from this chance encounter, soon unravels in a situation where everyone interprets ambiguous obsessive and destructive behavior of their tormentor. Shocking I know but looking at Niels on the poster with his tousled , tangled locks and that face of angel , you too could be tempted to have a 'Ménage à trois ' . though hopefully with out any of that 'ambiguous obsessive and destructive behavior of their tormentor ' malarky.

Bang Bang indeed , I love the song in the trailer sung by that well know french chanteuse Shelia who also sang her heart out on Spacer which came in very memorable cover
